We deliver within Egypt only. Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout.

For delivery inquiries, contact our Customer Services team via WhatsApp at +201289977867 during business hours. Your delivery will follow the option you select. Working days exclude Fridays and national holidays.

We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. If delays occur, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to minimize the impact.

Payment

You can pay using Visa or MasterCard. Payment is debited once your order is placed. You confirm that the card used is yours, and all cardholders are subject to validation checks.

If payment is not authorized, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery. Ownership of the products remains with us until full payment is made. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
