Refund policy

CANCELLATION RIGHTS 

To cancel your order, email us at socialmedia@gemegypt.com with your order number. Cancellations are effective the day the email is sent. 

If you cancel: 

We'll refund the product price, less any reduction if the product is handled improperly. 

Refunds are processed within 14 days after product return or proof of return. 

If you request an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll process it within 8 working days. A new contract forms for the exchanged product. 

If a product has been dispatched or received, you must return it in its original packaging within 8 working days. Return costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty. 

SALE 

All sale and promotional items have been displayed and available to buy at the original, higher price for at least 28 days online before being reduced to the reduced price stated on the site. Some items within the sale are promotional; therefore, the prices of these items are subject to change and may increase after the sale period. Standard delivery of Sale purchases may take up to 7 working days. Sale items may take longer to arrive due to the volume of orders placed during our sale period. Please note that while all products remain in pristine condition, due to the nature of the sale, some external packaging may appear slightly worn. Sale items cannot be gift-wrapped. Please note that an item could go out of stock during checkout, and your purchase is only confirmed once dispatched. 

OUR LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU 

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to comply with these T&Cs. This applies if the loss is a direct result of our breaking the contract or failing to use reasonable care. We only supply products for personal use, not for resale or commercial purposes, and we are not liable for any business losses, such as profit or opportunity loss.

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS 

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these T&Cs to another organization, but we’ll notify you in writing. You can only transfer your rights or obligations with our written agreement.  

LAW, JURISDICTION, AND LANGUAGE 

This site and any contracts made through it are governed by Egyptian law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts. Contracts are concluded in both English and Arabic. 

Cristal Ravita and its team are not liable for lost profits, revenues, or any consequential damages resulting from the use of this site or its content.  

CRISTAL RAVITA SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT USE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By allowing Cristal Ravita to use your Content (photos, videos, text) posted on social media, you agree to the following terms. This includes granting Cristal Ravita the right to use, edit, and display your Content for promotional purposes across various media, such as social media, websites, blogs, and advertisements. You retain ownership of the Content, but by submitting it, you give us non-exclusive rights to use it for lawful commercial purposes. You may revoke this permission at any time by contacting us.  

You confirm:  

The Content is your original work. 

It does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws. 

The Content is not defamatory, obscene, or harmful. 

You are over 18 and have the necessary rights to grant Gihan Beauty permission to use the Content. 

By agreeing, you indemnify Cristal Ravita from any legal issues arising from the use of the Content. Additionally, you consent to the processing of personal data included in the Content for promotional purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

CRISTAL RAVITA REFUND POLICY 

At Cristal Ravita, we ensure all products are genuine and sourced directly from manufacturers. Before shipping, each order undergoes a quality check to prevent counterfeit products. As such, we cannot offer returns or replacements for general reasons. 

However, if you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 8 working days of delivery. Refunds will be processed for card payments if the issue meets our return conditions. 

How to Refund: 

  1. Email our Customer Service at socialmedia@gemegypt.com or contact us via Instagram/Facebook within 8 working days. 

  1. Provide your order number, email, and an image/video of the issue. 

  1. We will arrange for collection and offer a refund or replacement once the product is returned in its original, unopened packaging.
